The time for your treatments is reserved especially for you, so we ask that you arrive on time – preferably 5 minutes before your treatment is due to start, so you can catch your breath and relax.
We understand sometimes you may need to change your appointment and we kindly ask 48 hours notice for evening and weekend appointments and 24 hours for all weekday appointments, where possible. This gives us the opportunity to re-fill your allocated time slot, as we often have waiting lists.
Of course we also understand that some things you just can’t plan – sick children, accidents etc, but if you could give as much notice as possible, we would be appreciative.
Our time, like yours, is valuable and booking an appointment is an acknowledgement of the following terms:
- Failure to arrive may result in the full amount being charged or the Gift Voucher being cancelled.* Future appointments will require a 50% deposit when booking the appointment.
- Canceling an appointment less than 6 hours notice, may result in a 50% fee being charged.*
- All phone calls must be received during Skin Therapeia ® normal work hours.
- If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment may be reduced and the full price will be charged for the time and treatments originally booked.
